Your Finance Options
We are a credit broker, not a lender. We are not independent and do not offer the whole of market. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders from our panel, and in some cases to another credit broker who may then introduce you to a lender. There are other funders we cannot introduce you to who may also be able to offer you finance. A list of the lenders and brokers we work with is available on request.
We will provide you with information and explanations about the finance products that may be available to you, so you can decide for yourself whether a product is right for you. We do not give financial advice and we do not make personal recommendations – the decision to enter into any finance agreement is yours. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information. Finance is arranged subject to status and terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to secure finance for you.
We are not independent financial advisers and so are unable to provide you with independent financial advice.
We do not charge you a fee for credit broking. We will usually receive a commission or other benefit from the lender or broker if you enter into a finance agreement. This commission is either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow – it is not set at our discretion and it does not influence the interest rate you pay. Where your finance is arranged through another broker we introduce you to, commission may be paid at more than one point in that chain. If you ask us the amount of commission, we will tell you in good time before the finance agreement is signed.
In providing information and explanations about products we shall take into account the customer's level of understanding. If we are not satisfied that the customer has a good understanding of these products or services we shall consider alternative methods to provide the relevant information.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
Your information will only be disclosed/provided to third parties for the purposes of providing, arranging, administering, and renewing finance contract(s) and for the purposes of monitoring and/or enforcing compliance with regulatory rules/codes. Credit checks may as a result appear on your credit file lodged by organisations with whom you have not dealt directly. The personal information collected will also be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected you could be refused certain services, finance or employment. For full details of where your information will be sent and the purpose of such data transfer, please ask us.
