Even delivered the new bike and took mine away to save me the hassle of taxing my bike as it had been sorned for a couple of years. Bought a bike with these guy back in March, 2022. Unfortunately, the bike I got suffered some issues after a month of usage (common problem with the particular model of bike I got) I messaged them and they took the bike back, repaired it without any hesitation and kept me fully updated on the situation. Couldn't have asked for any better.

Absolute pleasure dealing with and helped me get everything sorted over a weekend! Have had the bike for a month now and absolutely love it! Eddie was kind enough to talk me through different options and showed me around to different bikes etc. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I sent a query through auto trader, wishing a few hours they phoned me up and sorted everything out, I a had a px which they got me a decent price for straight away! They were very honest, said it could be up to 2 weeks as they are very busy, then 5 days later they rang me up saying the bike was ready! They made the whole process seem all most to easy! Finding a dealer that is honest and works things around you is very rare in this day and age! I will definitely be back in the future! Top lads

I've had the pleasure of dealing with superbike specialist and purchasing a bike from them.
Being based abroad it was pretty hard finding the right bike and having gone with superbike specialist they kept me up to date with what was going on rite down to delivering it to a friend's house for when I arrived back the the UK.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for the next bike. Thank you guys and keep up the good work 👍🏻

What a fantastic bike shop! Great selection of bikes, reasonable price, very efficient and timely service. They have huge technical knowledge and will happily share. The finance was done in a matter of hours. And the best thing: they are some of the loveliest people I have had the good fortune of meeting. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I didn't have the pleasure of visiting the show room due to the distance I was from them, but good communication, no pressure and a trust worthy feeling, meant I felt reassured with my purchase.
The Ducati monster was delivered ready to go, fully serviced, belt changed and MOT'd included in the price.
I would use them again if or when I change a bike.

I have bought several bikes from Eddie and Josh over the last few years it's always quick and hassle free. The showroom is full of quality exotic bikes something for everyone. It's nice to deal with the owners rather than a sales man as they can answer all the questions you have. Look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Cheers Guys :-)

100% top quality!

The guys at superbike specialist have been absolutely phenomenal! I bought this bike during lockdown and the communications and lengths they went to to ensure that I was happy was unbelievable! The service and dedication from them have been unlike anything I have ever experienced 😁 i shopped around a bit before getting this bike (even before lockdown) and I was always met with the usual “salesman” trying to sell me something that was ready for the scrapyard, never mind the road. These two were down to earth, fellow bikers and straightforward from the word go. This is only my second ever ‘big bike’ and was pretty nervous but they reassured me and even gave me helpful tips and advice about riding a bike that was 13 years newer than my last one! I can’t thank them enough and I know where I’ll be going when I’m looking for another one to add to the ninja collection 😁 top quality guys! Thankyou both so So much For all your help and just being generally ace guys!

Best buying experience!

Bought Ducati Monster only looking from the photos and ordered delivery to my home. The Monster came in very good condition, the same as in photos. Works perfectly! Guys from Superbike Specialists LTD was super friendly, professionals, answered all questions, helped with many little things. If you thinking to buy from the trustable source, this one is the best option! You will not regret!

Extremely happy customer

Absolutely brilliant service from superbike specialists. I bought a KTM 1290 super duke r from them and I live on the Isle of Man therefore the whole transaction process was done by phone calls and txt messages. From start to delivery the whole process was smooth, simple and totally stress free. They sent me videos and pictures of the bike and also delivered it to Liverpool docks where I traded my old bike and picked up my new one. Everything was exactly how they said it was and I couldn’t be happier. If you want a nice, clean, we’ll looked after, good value for money bike, with an easy and safe transaction, then I would recommend these guys. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
