The Yamaha XJ6 was a middleweight naked sportsbike from the late 2000s. Aside from the loss of fairing, it had the exact same specifications as the Yamaha XJS Diversion of the time, but removing the plastics converted the Yamaha from a smart budget middleweight to an exhilarating small streetfighter. The Yamaha XJ6 is a fantastic machine, comfortable, practical, and a lot of fun. It's a lot of wacky middleweight fun for a small price. Rivals at the time included the Kawasaki ER-6n, Suzuki SV650, and Honda Hornet 600.
